Welcome to our clinic at Bislett

The Dr.Dropin clinic at Bislett employs physiotherapists (both private and public with HELFO refund), manual therapist and chiropractor. In addition to our physical team, we have general practioners and skilled medical specialists.

The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, and has available appointments from early to late. You do not need a referral to book an appoitment at us.

Chiropractor Heidi Prytz

Heidi has more than 15 years of experience as a chiropractor and with interdisciplinary collaboration. She has great expertise and uses a combination of treatment methods suitable for both acute and longer-term muscle and skeletal ailments. Heidi is passionate about assessing the body as a whole to ensure thorough and safe treatment. She works with a number of issues such as acute neck pain, back pain, shoulder, hip and pelvic complaints, in addition to typical "office complaints", headaches, dizziness, jaw pain and tingling/numbness in the arm or leg. Pregnancy-related complaints and prolapse/sciatica are major areas of interest.

As a chiropractor, Heidi is a primary contact in the healthcare system, equalled GPs, and can refer to medical specialists, MRI or other imaging examinations and give sick leave for up to 12 weeks if clinically necessary.

Physiotherapist and PT Tonje Angelsen

Tonje has a background as an athlete and has participated in the Olympic Games twice. She has extensive experience in creating individually adapted treatment plans. She offers a number of treatment methods in acute and long-term musculoskeletal disorders, such as soft tissue treatment, exercise exercises and pressure wave treatment.

She has particular experience and interest in sports injuries, stress-related ailments, rehabilitation and exercise guidance. Tonje performs a diagnostic ultrasound examination and can use this to initiate the correct treatment more quickly.

At Tonje, you will learn to know your own body and be welcomed with commitment and a good mood.

Chiropractor Daniel Vestøl

Daniel was named "Chiropractor of the Year 2020" by the Norwegian Chiropractor Association, and is the youngest ever to receive the award. He specializes in the treatment of complicated injuries, back, neck and headache, as well as office complaints. Daniel is an international instructor in sports chiropractic, and teaches with the "International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS)" across Europe. He enjoys working with particularly challenging problems.

Therese treats musculoskeletal disorders in children and adults, with particular interest in exercise and work-related disorders, dizziness and headaches. She also works a lot with the neck, shoulder, hip, knee and foot. Therese also has experience with ailments after undergoing pregnancy.

As Personal Trainer, she is committed to both beginners and experienced. She herself has competed in athletics and CrossFit daily. Manuel therapist Pål Sandvid

Pål is a specialist in manual therapy and cognitive therapy. He has many years of experience, both from work in the clinic and in sports. Among other things, he has worked closely with the Norwegian alpine national team.

Pål examines and treats a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, with particular interest in sports injuries and complex ailments. He is concerned with listening and seeing the whole person, so that you experience that your problems are taken seriously. Physiotherapist Rune Øvrebø

Rune is a very skilled and experienced physiotherapist. He has worked for many years at Grensen Department of Physics and St. Olav's Physical before joining Dr.Dropin Physical in 2021.

Rune examines and treats a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, with particular interest in the back, neck, hips, knees, ankles and feet. He uses a variety of therapeutic tools, including electrotherapy. Rune likes to work with patients on a bench, at the same time as he is concerned with identifying active measures in the form of exercise exercises. At Rune, you meet an experienced and confident physiotherapist who takes the time to understand your situation, and who really wants to help you with your ailments.
