How does the phsychomotoric treatment work?

Psychomotor physiotherapy takes place at a calm pace and is always tailored to the individual patient. The treatment may vary, but it is based on a holistic approach where both conversation and physical work are central elements.

A session often begins with a conversation where you talk about how you are feeling, both physically and mentally. The therapist focuses on understanding how your body is doing and how life experiences, stress, or emotions may be affecting it. This is not a "traditional" workout – the focus is more on sensing, exploring, and understanding the body’s reactions.
