1 Introduction

These terms ("the Terms") regulate the relationship between Dr. Dropin AS ("Dr. Dropin") and a member of Dr. Dropin ("the Member").

2. Conclusion of agreement

Membership agreement ("Membership") is entered into at an appointment in Dr. Dropin's clinics.

3. Duration

Membership is valid as long as the member is a student and can present a student ID. This means, among other things, that the membership benefits, including a 15% discount, cannot be used until Dr. Dropin has received payment for the membership.

4. Payment

The membership is paid via vipps at the appointment in the clinic. The member also pays for any consultation and treatment, but will receive a student discount for this hour.

5. Member benefits

By having a student membership, you get a 15% discount on all consultations and several of Dr. Dropin's various services*, such as e.g. investigation of migraine/headache.

The discount will be visible in the app when the appointment is booked. Membership benefits can be used at all Dr. Dropin's clinics.

*The member discount (15%) cannot be combined with other offers/promotional prices. Certain extended services, such as e.g. NIPT, 3D ultrasound, laser treatments, ADHD assessment or nursing consultations are not included in the member discount.

6. Order services

The first appointment in the clinic is booked via the web or app. Select appointment booking, and then follow the instructions for booking an appointment. You will also receive a confirmation by SMS when the order has been completed. In this class you pay for the membership, in addition to the discounted price for the class.

In this lesson you will also receive a card with a discount code for the membership. On your next order, enter this discount code into the app "Dr. Dropin”. This is done by adding it under "add agreement" under "Insurance and discount code". You will then see that consultations and services are discounted inside when you order.

7. Use of right of withdrawal

If the Member exercises any right of withdrawal according to the Right of Cancellation Act, the Membership (the service within the meaning of the Act) is considered to have started from the time stated in Clause 3 of the Terms and Conditions. The membership has begun, can be claimed back by Dr. Dropin. This point in the Terms and Conditions is a separate agreement in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act § 21 third paragraph.

8. Change of the Terms

Dr. Dropin can change the Terms, including the membership fee, without first notifying the Member. The changes take effect immediately.

Dr. Dropin can terminate the membership scheme. In the event of such closure, Dr. Dropin decides whether the Member shall be reimbursed a proportionate share of the membership fee or whether the Membership shall continue for a period that has begun.
