Online physiotherapist – appointment when you need it
How does video consultation work?
The physiotherapist will ask you relevant questions related to your ailments and medical history. Based on your symptoms and complaints, the therapist will assist you with advice and guidance on the further process. The physiotherapist can, among other things, help you with:
- Set up a tailored training program
- Suggest measures based on the problem at hand
- Demonstrate exercises that you can work on further
- Give feedback on techniques
Depending on the problem, the physiotherapist will also give advice and guidance on whether you should be examined in a physical consultation, or whether the follow-up can continue digitally. We also have a satisfaction guarantee: If there is something we cannot help you with or you are not satisfied with the consultation, we offer a full refund of the first hour.
What we can help you with over video
The majority of all consultations we offer in the clinic can be carried out via video. Going to a physiotherapist is not necessarily about physical treatment: the conversation itself and surveying the medical history is the most important thing the physiotherapist needs to provide the right treatment.
With us, you will meet skilled physiotherapists who will evaluate your condition, and based on your diagnosis and individual needs, the physiotherapist will give advice and draw up an adapted treatment plan for you.
If your condition requires a physical examination, doctor's check-up or ultrasound, the physiotherapist will refer you to the right place. Below you can see an overview of common problems we can consider. If you do not find your condition in the overview, we will be able to assist with guidance in the video consultation anyway.
What we can assess in a video consultation
We can help you with almost all muscle and joint problems via video. Among other things, we can help you with:
- Pain in muscles and joints
- Guidance and advice
- PT classes and exercises
- Pregnancy complaints or prevention
- Pelvic pain
- Headache
- Questions about treatment provided by other physiotherapists
What we cannot assess through video consultation
- Chest pain
- Back pain with radiation in arms/legs
- Pain after an acute injury such as a fall, crash, tackle or blow to the body.
If you recognize yourself in any of these points, we encourage you to contact a doctor.
Who is video consultation with a physiotherapist suitable for?
You may have different prerequisites for using a video consultation with a physiotherapist. It may be for you who:
- Have questions about a condition and are unsure whether you should come in for a physical consultation or not, and what treatment you may need.
- Have already been to a physiotherapist one or more times in the past, and need advice and guidance on further progress and exercises you can do on your own.
- Have not been to a physiotherapist before, but would like, among other things, guidance, an exercise program and regular follow-up.
