How to make use of your insurance? 👋

  • Contact your insurance company to create an insurance case. You will then receive a so-called case ID number or claim number.
  • Book an appointment with us via drdropin.no/fysikalsk or in the Bli Frisk app if you have your insurance at Storebrand
  • Attend the class and bring the case ID number / injury number to the class

Insurance guide

If your insurance is mediated through Nordic Netcare, Vertikal Helse, Falck or Storebrand, you can easily access treatment by following these steps:

Nordic Netcare is an intermediary for Gjensidige and TRYG

  • Dialogue with Nordic Netcare to approve treatment and be assigned a claim number.
  • Book an appointment directly through our website once you have created a case.
  • Let your therapist know that you have insurance through Nordic Netcare, and we will take care of the rest.

Vertikal Helse is an intermediary for IF

  • Dialogue with Vertikal Helse to create a case and be assigned a SakID (CaseID).
  • An insurance adviser can book an appointment for you, or you can book directly through our website.
  • Pass on a valid SakID to your practitioner for further registration.

Falck is an intermediary for DNB, Protector, Codan and Eika

  • Dialogue with Falck to create a case and be assigned a SakID (Case ID).
  • An insurance adviser can book an appointment for you, or you can book directly through our website.
  • Pass on a valid SakID to your practitioner for further registration.

Storebrand mediates its own insurance policies through the Bli Frisk app

  • You can book an appointment directly through the Bli Firsk app, then the Case ID will be automatically communicated to the practitioner
  • You can also find your Case ID in the app and pass it on to the therapist if you have already booked an appointment through our website

Fremtind mediates its own insurance policies and for Sparebank 1

  • When you have created a case with Fremtind, you will receive an email with confirmation and information about the case. You will then receive a case number and information about the deductible from Fremtind.
  • Book an appointment as usual on our website and pass on the relevant information from the email you have received from Fremtind to your therapist when you arrive for the appointment.
  • The practitioner can then register you in our system and use your insurance
