3) Pay via vipps in advance of the running course
4) Show up to class in outdoor training clothes.

Physiotherapist, PT and running instructor Therese Skjølsvik
Therese is a former athlete and is currently active in CrossFit. She assists both professionals and exercisers with running technique, and carries out running analyzes in the clinic at Bislett. She focuses on correct technique, individual training plans, injury prevention measures and long-term progression. With Therese, you will experience a wonderful combination of professional skill and commitment.
