With us at Dr. Dropin Psychology, as a young person over the age of 16, you have access to a conversation with a psychologist via video. If you need a psychologist, you can easily download the Dr.Dropin app, add your insurance contract and book an appointment with a psychologist.
Five free consultations per year with a psychologist apply to those with child insurance in Fremtind.
How to add the insurance contract
1: Download the Dr.Dropin app
2: Click on «Insurance and discount code»
3: Log in with BankID
4: Add appointment
5: Press «Fremtind»
6: Then the discount code is entered and you can now book an hour
7: Go back to the first picture and click on general practitioner or psychologist
8: When you need to confirm the booking you will see that your class is free
9: Confirm orders
You only need to enter the agreement the first time you use the app. Next time, go straight to step 7.

Crisis psychology with Fremtind child insurance
Has your child experienced a serious event, and you need someone to talk to urgently? Crisis psychologists provide immediate support for the entire family if your child becomes seriously ill, injured, or in the event of a death in the immediate family, or other psychological reactions caused by a sudden and unforeseen incident.
- We guarantee a consultation with a psychologist within 24 hours.
- The child insurance covers children from 3 months to 26 years old.
- The insurance covers reactions to acute events affecting the insured child. Consultations can be provided for the insured child or their parents. Siblings can be covered in joint consultations.
- If the child is under 12 years old, we recommend directing the interventions towards the caregivers or attending a family consultation
