Dr. Dörte Petersen
Dörte Petersen is both a dermatologist and internal medicine physician, and is the only dermatologist in Norway with a specialization in children's skin. She is educated at the University of Lübeck, Germany, the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Heidelberg. She has worked as a dermatologist in private outpatient clinics and hospitals throughout Hamburg, and as a senior physician in pediatric dermatology at a large children's hospital in Hamburg. Through his membership in the European Academy of Dermatology & Venerology, Dr. Petersen has published several articles in pediatric journals, focusing on topics ranging from psoriasis in children to common parasitic diseases of the skin. Dr. Petersen treats all skin diseases in both children and adults, such as acne, rosacea, dermatitis and psoriasis, eczema, moles and skin changes. Dörte speaks both German, English and Norwegian.
