Anxiety
Anxiety is about getting so scared or worried that it starts to go beyond how you feel. It can be specific things, such as phobias or social anxiety, a more general anxiety and uncontrollable worry, or frightening panic attacks.
Depression
Depression is a condition characterized by low mood, hopelessness, loss of energy and loss of joy. When you are depressed, you may feel empty, or feel sad and self-loathing, and you typically have negative thoughts about yourself.
