If you are struggling with mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, everyday challenges or a life crisis, we can help you map your challenges and offer advice for coping with these. We can not offer regular follow-ups over time, nor therapy, but we can refer you to proper care, such as psychologist, or psychiatrist, or your local mental health care program if needed.
